The ANZCA Music Championship is your opportunity to perform, express your musical skills, and receive recognition from industry professionals – all from the comfort of your own space.
Whether you’re a pianist, guitarist, vocalist, or any other instrumentalist, this global competition is open to musicians of all ages and levels.
What is the ANZCA Music Championship?
The ANZCA Music Championship is an online performance-based competition designed to encourage musicians to explore their creativity and share their talents. Entries are submitted online via video, and participants receive recognition and feedback from qualified adjudicators.
There’s no pressure – just an opportunity to perform and be acknowledged for your musical progress.
How it works
Prepare your performance
Choose a piece (or pieces) that showcase your skills. You may select repertoire from any syllabus or genre.Record your performance
Record your video in a single take. You may use a phone, tablet, or camera – just ensure your video and audio are clear.Complete the entry form
Visit our championship entry page to submit your details and upload your video.Submit your entry
Once submitted, your performance will be reviewed by an ANZCA adjudicator after the closing date of 30 November 2025. You’ll receive feedback and a certificate early next year.
Who can enter?
The competition is open to all students of music – any instrument, any level, any age. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each performance is unique. Students are not permitted to enter at a level lower than their current level of study.
⭐Prizes
Certificates for First, Second and Third prizes will be awarded at every level! A monetary prize will also be given to the overall winner, who could be from any level.
Entry Fees
AU$15.00 per entry for levels up to Grade 4.
AU$25.00 per entry for Grade 5 to Diploma.
