Drumkit Compositions

As the name suggests, this book contains compositions specifically written for individual performance of the drum kit. The pieces cover a variety of musical styles and range in standard from simple to advanced.

The ten compositions in this book are all on the ANZCA Drum Kit Syllabus and can be performed in exams. The pieces are not only suitable for exam purposes; they can be used purely for the fun of playing, or for any performance situation where you are required to play alone on the drum kit without the luxury of a full band.

This book also includes a CD which contains recordings of all ten compositions. It is not intended as a play-along or backing-track CD; rather, it provides students and teachers with the opportunity to listen to how the pieces sound.
