If you have been wanting to teach the ANZCA Modern Piano syllabus but have been concerned about the embellishment component of the pieces, this is the workshop for you.
Cynthia and Kerry will guide you step-by-step through the process to demystify embellishment and take away the fear that is often experienced by classical musicians. Pieces from Introductory to Grade Four will be demonstrated, covering all styles from the syllabus, with a variety of ideas and solutions presented. A similar workshop was presented three years ago for the teachers in Indonesia, and they found it highly beneficial with a lively question time at the end.
